What is SIBO? Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth (SIBO) is defined as a gastrointestinal condition that creates a dysbiosis in the digestive tract, particularly affecting the small intestine but could also affect the stomach.  This dysbiosis is caused by non-friendly bacteria that is normally housed in the large intestine (colon) migrating into the small intestine and
